@1THESE REVIEW WERE WRITTEN BY RICHARD MARTIN FOR DIDSMAG AND ARE USED WITH
KIND PERMISSION IN AMOSZINE.@3
The Obliteratives
-----------------@5
The Obliteratives is a new shoot'em up by Digital Ninja and F1 Licenceware.
It is great value at only 4 quid including postage. The idea is you have to
destroy the whole of a nuclear power station. To do this you must destroy
five pods to lower the shield
The level of presentation is excellent with a manual on disk using a
special text and picture displayer called Amos eyes.
The review of that and its editor will be on next issue. Its very good,
I can tell you. The game has excellent water effects around the islands as
well!
Graphics: 88% Generally Well Drawn and nice water effect
Sound: 78% Nice theme tune but boring samples
Gameplay: 88% A Great Laugh and a lot of fun to play.
Addiction:89% An addictive game, with the option to create
infinite levels with Dpaint!
Overall: 90% Great value for money, at a great price!!!

Relics of Deldroneye Review
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@3
F1 Licenceware
£6.99
Author: Lee Bamber/Digital Ninja@4
Relics of Deldroneye is a commercial quality game from Digital
Ninja who are also responsible for Fortress and Obliteratives.
Relics is an adventure game in a similar style to the highly acclaimed
Monkey Island series of adventure games. Relics of Deldroneye has all of
the features that Monkey island has including icons for objects and an
interface which is just as intelligent as the Monkey island games. It
has many other excellent features including the heroes head following
the mouse and you can ask the hero to search his memory about people and
what he remembers about them. Relics is superb. The graphics and puzzles
are just as professional as the Monkey island games. It comes on a third
of the amount of disks- yet is just as challenging and taxing. It also
is around a fifth of the price. just 7 quid. Deldroneye is essential.
The only problem is a gave Fortress a score which was a little high last
month. So now I will have to rectify it. Fortress retians its score compared
to the other AMOS games.. but against this it would score 84% and Relics 96%
Just buy this everybody: You can not afford to be without it.
Graphics: 94% Easily as good as Steel Sky and Monkey 2
Sound: 70% A little sparse on effects, but then not
adventures strong points anyway.
Gameplay: 95% Excellent just excellent.
Lasting Interest: 90% It'll take ages to complete.
Puzzles and design: 93% Excellently designed puzzles and well
play tested to make it perfect.
Features: 94% Everything monkey 2 has and an ace set of
memory ideas
Overall: 96% The best Amiga adventure at the cheapest
price. 2 Meg only though.
